Baked on 10th February 2013. A family favourite biscuit which were always popular on our annual family camping trips.
Choc Chip and Walnut Biscuits
4 oz. (125g) butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1¾ cups S R flour
4 oz. (125g) choc chops
2 oz. (65g) walnut pieces
Preheat oven to 180C
Cream butter and sugar, add flour, egg and vanilla
Fold in choc chips and walnuts
Roll teaspoonful and place onto greased tray. Press with fork.
Bake in moderate oven 10-12 minutes.
